Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 100% of service fee that can be used toward future appointments up to one week out. Any no call no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee, not redeemable at any future appointments. If a no call no show client chooses to reschedule, a deposit is required to re-book. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited should a client choose to no show. If a client chooses to no call no show twice, they will be banned from future booking.
